Job Description: Business Sales Executive

Introduction:
Phone Etnies Kingston Ltd is a retail business specialising in the sale of mobile phones, accessories, and related electronics. 
We are expanding our focus on commercial sales and wholesale opportunities to local businesses and professionals.
We are now recruiting a Business Sales Executive to develop and manage B2B sales channels 
and build long-term customer relationships beyond the traditional retail space.
Objectives of the Role:
•	Drive commercial growth by acquiring and retaining business clients.
•	Promote and sell mobile handsets and accessories to business and high-value customers.
•	Identify wholesale opportunities and manage bulk sales deals.
•	Build and maintain a pipeline of business clients in the local and regional area.
•	Provide an excellent customer experience from first contact through to after-sales.
Key Responsibilities:
•	B2B Sales: Identify and approach businesses, traders, and professionals who require multiple phones or accessories.
•	Lead Generation: Conduct outreach (phone/email/in-person), respond to inquiries, and develop leads into confirmed sales.
•	Sales Presentations: Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential business buyers.
•	Account Management: Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat purchases.
•	Negotiation: Provide quotes, handle pricing discussions, and close sales deals.
•	Market Insight: Monitor trends and competitor offerings in mobile retail to stay competitive.
•	CRM & Records: Keep detailed logs of contacts, follow-ups, and customer preferences.
•	Collaboration: Work with in-store team to ensure business clients receive accurate stock and timely service.
Required Skills and Experience:
•	At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally with B2B or high-value product sales.
•	Strong communication and negotiation skills in spoken and written English.
•	Confidence in presenting product options clearly and persuasively.
•	Good organisational skills and ability to manage leads, quotes, and sales cycles.
•	Interest in mobile phones and consumer electronics; knowledge of handset models and features is desirable.
•	Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, online ordering, CRM systems).
Desirable Qualifications:
•	Business or sales diploma (not required but preferred)
•	Prior experience selling mobile phones, electronics, or tech products
•	Knowledge of local businesses or community outreach experience
Job Type:
• Full-time, Permanent 
Hours of work:
• 7.5 hours per day and 37.5 hours per week 
Salary: 
• £41,700 per year
